And the Affiliate partner

– hereafter referred to as "the Partner" –

agree to the following:
Visitors to the Partner's Web pages are to be given an opportunity to use HRS's worldwide hotel reservation system free of charge via a link on www.hrs.com. The Partner is aware of HRS's hotel reservation system and the relevant Terms & Conditions (at www.HRS.com). The Partner accepts that the creation of partner access neither grants nor justifies granting him any rights to the brands (or other intellectual property) of HRS and/or HRS's hotel reservation system. Any use of the intellectual property of HRS shall be exclusively for HRS's benefit.

1 Creation of Online Partner Access

HRS will set up an individual access address (URL) via a so-called "partner link". This partner link will be used to identify and count all bookings made through the partner's Web site. This link can be set to point to the URL stated by HRS.

2 HRS's Obligations

  • Free set-up of a partner link
  • Free provision of statistical reports. These reports must be accessible online at any time on the HRS customer service portal using the appropriate username and password

3 Dividend

HRS will pay a dividend as per the following table on all overnight stays booked via the partner or partner's website and for which HRS receives a commission: The dividend will only be payable on bookings for which the guest actually stays at the hotel. The proportion of the HRS commission revenues relates only to accommodation revenues HRS receives from the specific booking. Billing and payment will be made quarterly according to statistics generated automatically by the HRS database, provided the calculated dividend amounts to at least €100. If not, the amount due will be carried over into the next quarter. Only individual reservations booked over the Internet and group or conference bookings made via Groups/Meetings Online24 will count towards the dividend. Telephone bookings will be excluded.

4 Self-payment system

The HRS online booking system is a self-payment system, i.e. every user pays the relevant room price directly at the hotel.

5 HRS's Obligations

This Agreement is valid for a period of two complete calendar years from the date of signing and ends at the close of the second complete year. At this time, it will be renewed automatically and indefinitely by a further complete calendar year unless terminated in writing by one of the Contractual Parties with six months' notice. The right to termination for pressing grounds remains unaffected by this.
